Traditional investment banking firms have historically required their clients to be of a certain size and have a minimum financial wherewithal in order to meet the fee schedule required to get top notch investment banking services. We do not believe in this philosophy as it goes against everything we want to accomplish on behalf of our clients and we do not believe in only servicing large clients, ignoring smaller clients simply due to their size. Despite client size, all clients need trusted and unbiased corporate finance advice.
